The earthquake in Haiti has claimed many
lives and many families are in need of our help.
A
powerful 7.0-magnitude earthquake struck Haiti on January 12,
2010, destroying thousands of buildings and homes. Over a
million people have been affected by this devastating
catastrophe.
We would be very concerned about a quake of
this magnitude anywhere in the world, but it is especially
devastating in Haiti, where people are acutely vulnerable
because of poor infrastructure and extreme poverty
.
The recent earthquake has destroyed schools,
clinics, hospitals, offices, government buildings, houses,
shops, roads and many other infrastructures. The world must come
to the aid of Haiti for the long haul. Haiti has experienced
political instability for many years. Haiti has more than
9,000,000 people and seventy per cent live on less than two dollars
a day.
There are many organizations and companies
that are assisting the Haiti victims. However, TCR solutions is
